A production company NOVA-TECH was founded on the basis of Intertechnika, a company which started its operation in 1989. In 1997 the owners of Intertechnika, Mr Roman Kawałkowski and Mr Marek Szafraniec undertook the management of a different company with the aim of broadening the scope of services provided by this company and improving their quality. Experience and professionalism of the managers were the reasons of many successes over the years. In 2007 Intertechnika owners decided to withdraw from the management in other companies and focus on the management of their own company.
Business activity of NOVA-TECH is based not only on the professional management but also on the team of experienced employees who are constantly increasing their qualifications in order to find new solutions aiming at achieving the best possible effects of our work with the use of modern technologies and equipment and the best local and foreign raw materials. Location of the company near the country road number 1 and the lack of viaducts and other limitations allow us to produce equipment of the sizes up to 5000 x 5000 mm.
At present we employ a big group of workers with vast experience and high qualifications and the continuous recruitment and training process allow us to be flexible to our customers' needs. Having in mind our customers' expectations and constant technological progress our company possesses its own construction department which works on the up-to-date versions of AutoCad Mechanical 2008 and Autodesk Inventor Professional 2008.
